- Republished Content: Full articles from third-party sources are republished under their respective Creative Commons licenses, with terms noted on each content page.
- Aggregated Content: Headlines and excerpts from publicly available news feeds are used under fair use principles, with attribution and links to original sources.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the Service, you may submit a “Takedown Notice” to our designated copyright agent. The notice must include:
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, URL).
- Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material on the Service claimed to be infringing, including its URL or location.

4. Processing Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a compliant Takedown Notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if identifiable) of the removal, providing a copy of the Takedown Notice.
- Document the action taken for our records.
5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our copyright agent, including:
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Material Identification: Details of the removed material and its original location on the Service.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Jurisdiction Consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your address’s judicial district (or Clark County, Nevada, if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

6. Handling Counter-Notifications
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will:
- Forward a copy to the original complainant.
- Notify the complainant that we will restore the material within 10 business days unless we receive evidence of a legal action to restrain the infringement.
- Restore access to the material between 10 and 14 business days after receipt, absent such legal action notification.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
Users identified as repeat infringers—those who repeatedly post infringing content after notice—may have their access to the Service terminated at our discretion.
8. Misrepresentation Warning
Submitting false or misleading Takedown Notices or Counter-Notices may result in legal liability under the DMCA, including damages and attorneys’ fees.
